“In the Desolate Places’. Wide Road excerpt

wideimages (1)nn

The Good Shepherd looked on with delight as Joel entered the desolate land. It was to be a time of trouble and great darkness, for Joel. It was a day of gloom and of trepidation. Joel would find in the desolate places, that his frame was only dust. In astonishment he would become a hissing byword and a curse; for in the wilderness a man learns that without God he is nothing.

My novel is now available in book form or kindles e-book. The story is about a young man who chooses to take the wide road of life. The Good Shepherd eventually leads him by his grace to the cross over to the narrow road after many adventures, which teach him that all is vanity in this life without God.

To order: “The Wide Road.”
